After practicing various yoga styles for decades,  I decided to try kundalini classes and felt an immediate draw to this style of yoga. During one class, my hands were full of energy like I had never experienced before!  So I became a kundalini yoga teacher and I have been teaching steadily for 7 years.  It never fails to uplift me and always leaves me feeling better than when I started, even if I felt great to begin with. It is my expectation and hope that you will feel great during and after class.  And want to explore more kundalini yoga.

Kriya to Relax and Release Fear

A classic Kundalini kriya which helps stagnant energy to move freely, so that the body relaxes and fears dissipate.  Accessible to all ages and abilities because we can modify any movements to suit any body's needs and capacities.  This class will be a shortened version of the kriya to allow for a full savasana at the end of class.
