Moving Towards Discomfort: Radical Inclusion and Sinixt Resurgence
Lori Barkley, Staff Anthropologist with Autonomous Sinixt, will host a discussion on Sinixt, “extinction”, and engaging with the discomfort of being a settler in unceded, contested territory. The focus is on how to embrace and foster radical inclusion in the struggle for Sinixt resurgence in their tmxwúlaʔxw and moving from the hollow language of reconciliation to action for change.
