I have been a student of yoga for over 45 years. I started out as a dedicated student of Iyengar Yoga, attending weekly classes for decades. Then I eventually discovered Kundalini yoga and decided to become trained as a kundalini yoga teacher. I have been teaching kundalini yoga now for about seven years. In addition to yoga (which keeps me healthy and fit), I actively investigate the best nutrition information and put (most of) them into practice. I love to garden and experience nature. All this led to exploring biodynamic agriculture practices and recently Korean Natural Farming Practices.
With so many things to research and learn about life is never dull. There is no end to new things to learn.
Kundalini Yoga & Introduction to BioDynamic Principles & Compost Prep
Kundalini Yoga: Kriya to Open the Heart Chakra is a classic kundalini set which is easy enough for beginners and challenging enough for seasoned practitioners. Paired up with warmups from energy medicine, this will be a class to remember.
Introduction to BioDynamic Principles & Compost Prep: Biodynamic agriculture is an organic way of gardening and farming that is almost 100 years old. The farmers and large landowners of the time sought the advice of Rudolf Steiner to increase the fertility of their fields and animals. In response, he gave them a series of lectures that became the basis of biodynamic agriculture.
In this class, we will have a general discussion of some basic biodynamic history and principles. It will include (briefly) how the compost preparations and field sprays are made and used, and planting according to the stars.
