Join Leah and Joaquin for a fun and energising hatha flow class to open the senses and get into the body. Everybody is welcome to join and move in ways that feel good. Through pranayama and dynamic movements we will strengthen connections between body, mind and breath. Leah invites a deep sense of grounding and unity. Joaquin will be playing sweet tunes to accompany the class. You will be sure to leave feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for the evening.
