Fabiola Gascon
Fabiola Gascon is a professional dancer & performer originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. At an early age, she started with gymnastics and eventually found dance, taking Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet and Capoeira (which became fundamental for her training). This led her to eventually teach many styles in studios and private schools in Guadalajara. It was not until 2016 that she decided to shift her focus to Latin dance as this keeps a feeling of home with her anywhere she goes.
Currently, in Canada, Fabiola joined the company LFS (Latin Fusion Salsa), a touring company that participated in festivals in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, BC. Fabiola is now local to Nelson and continues to be a passionate advocate for the arts by promoting a lifestyle of performing, teaching, choreographing, and studying the art of dance.

Salsa has taken the world by storm, and it is now a dance that can be found in all corners of the world! No partner is required for this class. You will explore different "Shines"(footwork) and body movement used in Salsa, dance to some fun Salsa Rhythms and leave feeling awesome!
This class is great if you're just starting, and also as a supplement to Salsa Partnerwork!
