Our breath is one of the most powerful tools that we have! Pranayama roughly translates from Sanskrit as “extension of prana (breath/life force)”. In my Pranayama class, you will have the opportunity to practice breathwork techniques such as Anuloma Viloma (Alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (Shining skull breath), and Bhramari (Bumblebee breath), each with its own unique benefits ranging from calming and grounding, to cleansing and energizing. The goal is for you to feel refreshed, relaxed, and inspired!
